Your home chamber is the City Chamber of Commerce you call your own. Choosing one takes a moment, and it makes the whole site work the way you would expect it to.

Get to your chamber in one click

Once you have set a home chamber, you can jump straight to it whenever you visit the City Chamber of Commerce website. There is no need to search through hundreds of cities each time — your chamber is always one click away, ready with the businesses, community members, and activity closest to you.

A default area for your posts

Your home chamber also becomes the default area where the things you post appear — your listings, promotions, requests, and community notices. By default they show up in your home chamber, right where the people most likely to care about them are looking.

You are never locked in, though. Whenever you post, you can choose how far it reaches:

• Your home chamber — the default, seen by your local community.
• Across your state — reach every chamber in your state when your message has wider appeal.
• Nationally — share it with every City Chamber of Commerce across all 50 states.

You can change your home chamber at any time, so if you move or your focus shifts, your default area moves with you.
